The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client  home for the purpose of treating a youth  behavioral needs.

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients  homes to treat youth behavioral needs.

• Master s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting; highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders; preferred
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum; desirable
• Valid driver  license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high-speed secure internet required for full-time positions

• Option of a traditional 5-day or 4-day work week; four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri)
• Summer Fridays: early closure at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day

• Position types:
  Full-Time and Fee-For-Service (Part-time hours)
• Pay: $64,000-$72,000 salary for Full Time; $50.00-$70.00 hourly for Fee-For-Service
