UMass Memorial Health in Worcester is seeking a Child Life Specialist to create a welcoming, stress‑reducing environment for children ages 0–21 and their families across inpatient units, outpatient clinics, radiology, pediatric surgery and the emergency department.
Through pre‑procedure teaching, therapeutic play and family‑centered support, you will help patients cope with medical experiences, collaborating with the health‑care team to tailor interventions for each child.
