We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team as a Lead Provider. Lead Providers act as clinical leaders for all clinical staff, mentoring new‑grad providers and allied healthcare professionals.

• Provide Patient‑Centered Care:
  • Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, and administer injections and immunizations.
  • Manage wounds, provide suturing, and educate patients about health and wellness.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  • Prepare accurate medical records and electronically sign office notes using the EMR.
  • Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company and state procedures.
  • Adhere to infection‑control policies and legal professional requirements.
• Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively with providers and health‑care practitioners to treat patients efficiently and plan dispositions.
• Act as clinic leader when the Practice Manager is absent, mentoring new‑graduate providers and staff.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.

• Education, Licensure &
  
  Certifications:
  
  
  • Master’s degree and certification by a PA certifying body.
  • DEA license with no restrictions.
  • BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross (no CPR/ACLS‑only courses).
• Relevant experience: Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Leadership skills: Ability to mentor providers and non‑provider staff.
• Team player: Enjoy collaboration and strong team dynamics.
• Communicator: Proactive, confident written and verbal communication.
• Compassionate & patient focused: Demonstrate kindness and understanding.
• Technically savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Customer service principles and quality standards.
  • HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.
  • Medication knowledge and non‑pharmaceutical patient care aids.
  • Medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment principles.

Hourly Pay Range: $68 – $85 USD. Final compensation is determined after the interview process. Additional earnings possible through a productivity‑based incentive program.
