As a Physical Therapist at Holy Trinity, you will:
Evaluate and plan personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to geriatric and long-term care residents
Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities
Design and implement specialized programs focused on fall prevention, balance improvement, contracture management, and positioning
Assess residents needs for assistive devices, wheelchairs, and orthotics; ensure proper fit, adjustment, and safety training
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic, continuous resident care
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)Licensure:
Current or eligible state license to practice Physical TherapyClinical Knowledge:
Strong foundational knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation, age-related pathologies, and safe handling/transfer techniquesSkills:
Strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, robust time-management skills, and a patient-centered heartExperience:
Experienced PTs are highly valued, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply! We have the infrastructure to fully support your transition to practice
