Specialty Pharmacy Liaison – Pharmacy Technician

• Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient's journey from onboarding through refills
• Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges
• Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues
• Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT Certification (highly valued)
• 5–8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently

Demonstrates expertise in patient support and medication management, with a strong focus on coordinating medication deliveries, addressing insurance challenges, and promoting medication adherence. Proficient in collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and navigate complex specialty therapies.
