About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with patients to develop customized therapy plans, restore independence, and improve their overall quality of life. Sign-On Bonus & Compensation$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out upon successful onboarding/milestones)
Competitive hourly rate / annual salary based on experience
Performance and retention incentives
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, capabilities, and daily living goals.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as an expert Occupational Therapist
.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety measures, and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses) to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state guidelines and facility standards.
Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligible to obtain before start date).
Certification: NBCOT certification required.
BLS/CPR: Current CPR certification.
Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered care skills.
