About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with patients to develop customized therapy plans, restore independence, and improve their overall quality of life. • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out upon successful onboarding/milestones)

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, capabilities, and daily living goals.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as an expert Occupational Therapist
  .

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety measures, and home exercise programs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses) to ensure holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with state guidelines and facility standards.

• Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligible to obtain before start date).

• Certification: NBCOT certification required.

• BLS/CPR: Current CPR certification.

• Strong communication, empathy, and patient-centered care skills.
