Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
North Andover, MA – $35–$40/hour
We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This flexible role allows you to help residents regain independence while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with ADLs, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT
- Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the therapy team
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff
- Complete accurate clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative interdisciplinary rehab team
- Opportunity to work with post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive work environment
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
