What You ll Do

• Assist with urologic surgical procedures and patient care
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environments
• Support surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and supplies
• Adhere to hospital and safety protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Urology or Surgical Technician certification
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in urology or related fields
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours and cover assigned shifts

Preferred:

• Experience with invasive urology procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments
