-  - Responsibilities:
Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions under supervision of an Occupational Therapist;
Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders;
Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising therapist to adjust treatments in clinical records;
Document all regulatory and clinical information in electronic documentation system;
Participate in required meetings and trainings while adhering to professional practice acts and state licensure requirements
