For more than 50 years, Partners in Child Development, a non-profit, human service organization, has been dedicated to nurturing the growth and potential of every child. We are passionate and committed to helping children and their families with programs focused on a child’s development and well-being through Early Intervention services, early childhood education and special education including therapeutic programs for children with complex medical needs.

As a leader in Early Intervention services, our program has earned a reputation as an invaluable resource for parents, caregivers and children offering therapeutic services that dramatically improve outcomes for children ages 0-3 who have or are at risk for developmental delays.

All new hires participate in a paid onboarding program learning how Early Intervention helps children and families in home-based settings or childcare sites. This program ensures our new employees are provided with a supportive environment to learn, establish solid working relationships, participate in personal development and mentoring programs, as well as create your own flexible full or part time work schedule.
