Pharmacy Technician - Patient Liaison - Bilingual Spanish

Specialty Pharmacy Liaison (Pharmacy Technician) – Hybrid, Monday‑Friday, Outpatient Clinic Setting. A role focused on patient care in specialty pharmacy.

At Shields Health Solutions, we partner with leading health systems to deliver specialty pharmacy services. We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Technician to serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey.

• Deliver high‑touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills.
• Coordinate timely medication deliveries and manage refill schedules.
• Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, financial assistance, and copay challenges.
• Monitor and promote medication adherence to support positive patient outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to quickly resolve issues.
• Serve as a trusted patient advocate and resource for individuals navigating complex specialty therapies.

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment.
• 2‑5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.
• 5‑8 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.

• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract key information efficiently.

Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities. Compensation will be based on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other permitted factors.
