UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, MA is seeking a Unit Secretary to provide frontline clerical support in the South 6 unit. The role includes answering calls, directing patients, transcribing orders, and maintaining patient charts. You will support physicians and nurses by organizing records and coordinating appointments.
The position requires high school completion with additional training and 3–12 months of related experience. Work hours are 24 per week on days, at 0700–1500 shifts.
