A rapidly growing medical device company in Central Massachusetts is seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to join its commercial team. This newly created, high-growth role is perfect for a medical device professional passionate about acting as a technical expert, driving sales support, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Technical Expertise: Master a specialized medical device product line to serve as the go-to resource for internal teams, distributors, and sales partners.
• Clinical Support: Partner with surgeons and hospital staff during product evaluations and procedures, providing on-site education and technical training.
• Customer Success: Coordinate product samples, training materials, and marketing resources, and serve as a seamless bridge between Customer Service and the field.
• Market Engagement: Attend trade shows and industry conferences, and capture actionable customer feedback to drive future product enhancements.

• Experience: 3-5 years of medical device industry experience with a track record of customer-facing support (hospitals, healthcare providers, or distributors).
• Skills: Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and teaching abilities.
• Environment: Comfortable navigating both corporate office settings and high-acuity clinical environments.
• Education & Travel: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry experience) is preferred. The role requires approximately 15-20% travel, which will increase as the position evolves.
