Crossroads Continuum is seeking an Occupational Therapist Service Coordinator (OTSC) to lead our OT services in Massachusetts and develop OT goals within IEPs. You will supervise Occupational Therapists and COTAs, ensuring evaluations of student progress and programmatic improvements using ABA techniques.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and support ADLs and Life Skills development.
