What You'll Do

  • Screen, evaluate, and develop tailored care plans for patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care needs
  • Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
  • Document patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes to optimize recovery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Assist in discharge planning and provide comprehensive documentation following regulatory standards
  • Supervise and support PT assistants, rehab aides, and students when necessary
  • Participate in care conferences, meetings, and required training sessions

What You Need

  • Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
  • 1+ year of relevant clinical experience in LTC, rehab, or outpatient settings
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices, documentation standards, and patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
