VNA Care is hiring a Physical Therapist for full-time home health visits in Worcester. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing in-home therapy within a designated territory.
Home health experience is not required as an extensive orientation program is provided, with supervision by a Clinical Manager. The role requires a MA PT license, willingness to drive in-territory, and strong communication with patients and families.
