What You ll Do

• Provide specialized urology patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Assist with pre-op and post-op procedures for urology patients
• Support physicians during urology exams, treatments, and minor procedures
• Manage patient documentation and coordinate care activities
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and procedural protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need
Required:

• Valid U.S. RN, LPN, or Urology Technologist license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in urology or related specialty
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with urological procedures or surgeries
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to handle flexible scheduling based on facility needs
