- Assist with pre-op and post-op procedures for urology patients
- Support physicians during urology exams, treatments, and minor procedures
- Manage patient documentation and coordinate care activities
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and procedural protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Required:
- Valid U.S. RN, LPN, or Urology Technologist license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in urology or related specialty
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with urological procedures or surgeries
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to handle flexible scheduling based on facility needs
