• Hourly Rate: $58.96 per hour

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders in a long-term care setting
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on standardized assessments and evidence-based practices
• Monitor patient progress, modify treatment as needed, and document results accurately
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing concerns
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document all clinical activities in the electronic health record, following all regulatory guidelines
• Participate in meetings such as patient care conferences and team reviews
• Support and supervise CFY or student speech-language pathologists as needed
• Adhere to ASHA and State practice standards, ethics, and conduct throughout your practice

• Valid MA State Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Certification from ASHA or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
