Join our team as a compassionate and dedicated PTA! You'll play a vital role in empowering our residents to achieve their highest level of function and independence. You'll work closely with Physical Therapists to develop personalized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate patients on managing their conditions.

In this role, you'll:

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans.

• Assist patients with exercises, functional activities, and therapeutic equipment.

• Monitor patient progress and report observations to the Physical Therapist.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and condition management.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

You'll be a perfect fit if you have:

• An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy and a current state license.

• Strong clinical skills and experience working with a diverse patient population.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and empathy.

• A passion for teamwork and collaboration.

• A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to documentation and equipment management.
