This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Job Duties:
The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operation, program development and direct supervision of staff.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborates with the Executive Director/or Regional VP and Program Coordinator(s) to enhance and provide education to the staff, clients and family members associated with the residential treatment program.
- Monitors all clinical records and programming to ensure they meet or exceed Department of State Health Services, Joint Commission and TRS standards.
- Develops, implements and maintains program curriculum using evidenced based treatment and utilizing best practices with approval from the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
- Provides specialty services to our clients to enhance their treatment experience.
- Provides direct supervision to clinical staff and direct reports.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Trains and assists in the professional development of staff.
- Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness.
- Assists with marketing and community relations as needed.
- Conducts specialty groups as outlined by the Executive Director/or Regional VP.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
