Backus Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technician to support operating room activities before, during, and after procedures. You will ensure equipment is present and arranged, assist the surgeon as permitted, and help clean the OR after surgery to ensure proper routing of used materials.
Required is a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technician program, NBSTSA CST certification within 6 months, and BLS certification. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and patient safety, plus teamwork, are essential.
