Pay: $20.50/hr

Monday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

Provide direct support to individuals in therapeutically developed program activities in a Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program and/or employment opportunities.

Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement.

As a direct support professional, you may be required to provide essential care and support to individuals with a diverse spectrum of abilities and challenges.

Develop and implement individualized and group instructional units across various settings.

Ensure delivery of Individual Support Plan (ISP) requirements, including direct support and documentation.

Support individuals in work and community environments based on their needs.

Implement behavior support strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.

Provide transportation to assigned locations.

Work on-site or off-site as directed by the supervisor.

Maintain required trainings, certifications, and licensures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET
• Standard driver's license – class C or class D
• 1 – 3 years of related experience
