Are you a licensed clinician ready to lead, mentor, and shape the next generation of behavioral health professionals? Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to provide oversight, guidance, and clinical leadership within our behavioral health programs.
In this role, you'll supervise a team of therapists and counselors, support high-quality clinical care for children, adolescents, and families, and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment rooted in evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care.

- Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and staff pursuing licensure.
- Offer ongoing feedback, case consultation, and mentorship to support professional growth.
- Ensure all clinical services meet best practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Conduct case reviews and clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to DPH, Mass Health/CMS, and accreditation standards, as well as agency policies.
- Support clinicians in managing complex, high-risk, and crisis cases.
- Provide guidance on risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention strategies.
- Assist in developing and reviewing crisis and safety plans for clients.
- Maintain a reduced caseload (as applicable), providing therapy to youth and families.
- Model high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
- Support clinicians working toward licensure by ensuring supervision meets licensure requirements.
- Provide or coordinate trainings on clinical topics such as evidence-based practices and crisis intervention.
- Encourage development of specialty areas within behavioral health.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics including documentation, outcomes, and service utilization.
- Assist in preparing reports and ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Masters or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or related field required
- Standard driver's license – class C or class D
- Behavioral Health clinical licensed required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
- CANS certified
- 1 – 3 years of related experience
