Pay: $33.65/hour (additional $5,000 annually for bilingual fluency in eligible languages & additional $5,000 annually for independent licensure)

What You'll Do:
As part of our Support and Stabilization Program, you will:
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT), and other family systems approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical, psychosocial, and safety assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on family preservation, safety, and long-term stability.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during high-stress situations.
- Meet families where they are by delivering services in homes and community settings when appropriate.
- Strengthen parenting skills, communication, coping strategies, and protective factors.
- Collaborate closely with DCF, schools, healthcare providers, and community agencies to coordinate care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case consultations and treatment planning.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency, DCF, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

- The ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications- Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
- Standard driver's license – class C or class D
- Behavioral Health clinical license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
- 1 – 3 years of related experience
