Provide patient care under the direction of licensed clinicians and assist with daily living activities;
Communicate observations and changes in patients to the RN in a timely and clear manner;
Maintain patient safety and assist in de-escalation, including restraints when directed;
Assist with moving, lifting, positioning, and transporting patients using proper safety techniques;
Take and record vital signs and measurements, perform EKGs, POC tests, bladder scanning, and collect specimens as appropriate
