Mental Health Associate, PTRC, 20 Hours, Nights

UMass Memorial Health - 26 Queen Street - Responsibilities:
Participates as a member of the mental health team on inpatient and/or outpatient units.;
Provides direct patient care including treatment planning, implementing plans, documentation, and milieu safety assessments.;
Maintains patient safety by performing safety checks, environmental safety rounds, de-escalation techniques, and following restraint policies.;
Serves as a leader or co-leader for group activities and supervises recreational activities.;
Assists in medical emergencies as directed by the Registered Nurse and documents findings.
