With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Live-In House Manager to join our Adult Community Clinical Supports (ACCS) team.

What You Will Do:

  • Reside in the facility to be available for emergencies and crisis situations during night-time hours, including required overnight oversight from 10:00 pm to midnight.
  • Routinely observe individuals served to assess changes in behavior related to mental and/or physical health.
  • Assist individuals served during crisis situations, providing crisis interventions and safety measures overnight.
  • Visit individuals served identified as experiencing a crisis or wellbeing concerns to assess whether intervention is needed.
  • Communicate important individual-related information to program staff, supervisors, and providers.
  • Conduct routine house meetings with individuals served to communicate expectations, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  • Participate in orientation for new individuals served entering the facility.
  • Maintain daily logs and other required documentation.
  • Meet regularly with the Program Coordinator and/or Program Director to review individual status and facility issues.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the facility, reporting concerns to maintenance and responding to emergency facility issues.
  • Conduct quarterly fire drills with individuals served and document results.
  • Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience working with the SUD population preferred.
  • Knowledge of the population served, along with organizational and program policies and protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to and coordinate crisis management needs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with individuals served, peers, supervisors, and other professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally.
