Behavior Technician

We are seeking a Full‑Time Behavior Technician (BT) to work one‑on‑one with children at our center implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills. This entry‑level role focuses on applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach language, socialization, play, self‑help, motor skills, and behavior reduction goals. The position requires regular attendance, accurate documentation, and compliance with BACB ethics.

• Work one‑on‑one with children at our center, implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Utilize principles of applied behavior analysis such as reinforcement and prompting to teach adaptive behaviors in developmental areas including language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills.
• Utilize principles of ABA to address behavior reduction goals.
• Support client goals related to toilet training, including diaper changes.
• Implement skill development programs and provide appropriate physical guidance as needed for client safety.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Complete session documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
• Acquire and maintain technical knowledge through required trainings.
• Comply with the BACB code of ethics.
• This is an entry‑level role; previous child‑care experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

• No prior criminal history.
• Ability to utilize technology.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Windows.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
