Belle ABA Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Worcester, MA! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Document session notes and progress reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with diverse populations
