With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Counselor to join our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)/Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct individual initial assessments and bio-psychosocial evaluations to determine service eligibility.
- Facilitate, establish, and review individualized treatment plans with each person served.
- Involve families, significant others, and residential providers in the recovery process whenever possible.
- Respond to individual grievances and complaints, and develop aftercare and discharge plans.
- Provide comprehensive risk/crisis evaluations and take appropriate action to ensure safety.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency policy and applicable regulations.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology, human services, etc.).
- LADC, CADAC, or CAS credential preferred.
- Two years of related experience in mental health/substance abuse settings, including at least one year of substance abuse experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong understanding of substance use disorders, treatment techniques, and community resources.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.

Pay Range: $21.00-$24.00/hr
