What You Will Do
  • Provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for BHN's Adult and Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention Stabilization Programs.
  • Ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive stabilization services are delivered within required time frames and in alignment with Mass Health, CBHC, and payer performance specifications.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, procedures, workflows, staffing models, and clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate with CBHC, MCI Assessment, Urgent Care, CCS, and community partners to support seamless coordination and transitions of care.
  • Provide clinical consultation and oversight for high-risk cases, including safety planning and diversion decision-making.
  • Monitor documentation, program outcomes, response times, utilization, and quality indicators to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise program leaders and staff while supporting staffing coverage, recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, performance management, and professional development.
  • Oversee program expenses, staffing ratios, service utilization, reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support fiscal sustainability.
  • Lead incident reporting, corrective action planning, risk mitigation, and compliance efforts while advancing staff safety and ethical practice.
Who You Are
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
  • Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW or LMHC required.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in crisis services, mobile crisis intervention, emergency services, or stabilization programs required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CBHC, MCI, and Mass Health crisis service models required.
  • Strong clinical judgment and experience supporting high-acuity and high-risk populations required.

    Experience leading mobile or community-based crisis stabilization programs preferred.
  • Proven success in program development, performance improvement, and staff retention preferred.
  • Familiarity with data-driven management, outcome reporting, payer performance metrics, and multidisciplinary teamwork preferred.
