What You Will Do:

Assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and mealtimes for individuals served Perform basic nursing tasks such as checking vital signs, weight, and specimen collection Monitor individuals for safety, including hourly checks and assistance with ambulation Report observations to nursing staff and supervisors, supporting treatment and discharge planning Support general housekeeping of program space and orientation of new employees Who You Are:
High school diploma or GED required Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course or equivalent Previous hospital experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds  We Hire for HEART!
