Schedule for this role is 8A-8:30p or 7:30a-8p (3 shifts per week; 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend rotation. The Case Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care, including individual, group, and family counseling. Key duties include conducting initial and ongoing clinical assessments, demonstrating expertise in various therapeutic interventions, and utilizing evidence-based practices.
