Handle a high volume of calls for a defined region with back-up to a sister region, adhering to productivity standards;
Screen incoming patient inquiries (via phone or MyChart) to determine appropriate routing;
Follow service line booking guidelines to optimize clinic utilization and support patient needs;
Initiate requests for forms, renewals, referrals, prior authorizations, and other administrative needs;
Document calls in the patient’s electronic medical record and update missing/outdated demographic and insurance information
