Sign on Bonus:$500 after 90 days of employment
Job Description:At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission.
Job Summary:We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
- Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
- Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.

- Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.
- Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions.
- Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary.
- Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work.
- Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
