School Psychologist

School Psychologist provides assessment, counseling, and support to students in a school setting. This 36-week contract involves evaluating students, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with educational teams. The role contributes to student academic and emotional success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations of students
Attend and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with educational teams and parents
Provide counseling and behavioral assessments as needed
Support students' academic and emotional needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Massachusetts state certification/license as a School Psychologist
Minimum of 1 year experience evaluating students and attending IEP meetings
Proficiency in assessments, counseling, and collaboration with educational teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle evaluations and IEP meetings effectively
Successful completion of background checks
Availability to work 20 hours per week on a day shift in a school setting
