Clinician Pay: $65,000-$80,000/yr

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.

- 4:00 p.m.; with hybrid workflow opportunity

New Hire Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 paid quarterly over 18 months.

What You’ll DoDeliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.

Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.

Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.

Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.

Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams—including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.

Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.

Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.

Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.

Skills:

Applied behavior analysis, positive behavior support, functional behavior assessments, CBT/DBT techniques, data collection, staff training, and clinical supervision.

Masters degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field

Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst required (LABA)|Behavioral Health clinical licensed preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Required CPR/First Aid required

Standard driver’s license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience
