Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

$35–$40/hour | PRN

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Worcester, MA. This flexible position is a great fit for a COTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation and helping residents strengthen the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
• Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the care team

• $35–$40/hour

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality, resident-centered care
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply
