We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position in Worcester, MA. Join a rehabilitation setting where you can provide individualized therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional ability.

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions addressing gait, strength, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility
• Establish appropriate rehabilitation goals and monitor resident progress
• Modify treatment plans according to clinical findings and response to therapy
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safe mobility strategies
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with PTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• $60–$65/hour

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
