- Must be comfortable providing a portion of services in home and/or community settings, as needed to meet Mass Health requirements

Role OverviewAs a Center-Based Behavior Technician,you'llwork directly with young children (typically ages
18 months-6 years) to support skill development through play-based, individualized ABA therapy.
You'llbe part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care.
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
- Collectaccuratesession data and progress notes
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child's success
- Helpmaintaina safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

Pay Ranges (Based on Education & Experience)- High School Diploma /Associate's Degree:$23.00 - $28.00/hour
- Bachelor's Degree:$24.00 - $28.00/hour
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
- Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
- Fluency inadditionallanguages that support the families we serve
- Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)

Qualifications- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
- No prior ABA experience required-we train you
