Unit overview: a 32-bed Medical ICU licensed for Neuro Critical Care, split across two floors. Cases include sepsis, ESRD/AKI requiring CRRT/CVVH, post-cardiac arrest care, and respiratory failure. Requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS per AHA; 1 year ICU or 2 years MICU preferred.
