One of our Partners in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for ongoing NICU locums coverage at a major inpatient facility.

Job Responsibilities
Provide NICU inpatient coverage
Manage critically ill neonatal patients
Perform daily rounding and patient management
Collaborate with neonatal teams and hospital staff
Participate in resident supervision and teaching
Complete documentation within Cerner EMR
Assist with admissions, transfers, and neonatal stabilization
