Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations across a defined coverage area. This role involves travel up to 100% and occasional overnight accommodations as needed.
Board-certified and licensed in the required states, you will work with a national network of clinicians. Visit duration is about 45 minutes, using an iPad and clinical workflow.
