We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to provide inpatient behavioral health coverage on a 7-on/7-off schedule for approximately 3 months. Following this initial coverage period, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time Monday–Friday outpatient position.

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for inpatient behavioral health patients.
• PA-Cs must be comfortable providing psychiatric care and working with patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support patient treatment and continuity of care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or inpatient medicine
• Active Massachusetts (MA) license and DEA registration
• PMHNP-BC or PA-C certification, as applicable
• Ability to provide 7-on/7-off inpatient coverage for 3 months

After completing the initial 3-month inpatient coverage period, the provider may have the opportunity to transition to a full-time Monday–Friday outpatient position, based on availability and mutual fit.
