ABA Clinic Manager

Salary: $60,000-$67,000

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm

The ABA Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency in processes, and delivering exceptional service to children and young adults and their families. This role involves managing staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and budget oversight while fostering a safe and supportive environment. The manager also coordinates with multiple teams to maintain seamless communication and implements policies to guide clinic operations.

Additionally, the role supports program development and provides direct ABA therapy as needed.

Bachelor's Degree

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations at the ABA Clinic
• Focus on the efficiency of clinic operations, including resource management, process improvement, and administrative support.
• Participate in the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Behavior Therapists (BTs), Lead Behavior Technician, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Assist with new hire orientation and training of new employees.
• Manage scheduling to optimize service delivery and staff utilization.
• Provide direct coverage for children and young adults' sessions as needed.
• Manage referrals for the clinic and assign caseloads to BCBAs in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
• Create a seamless experience for children and young adults and their families, from the first point of contact to ongoing coordination.
• Communicate with various teams including Administrators, BCBAs, Finance, Billing, Facilities, Human Resources, Training, and IT as needed.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure proper training for staff.
• Manage the clinic’s budget, including purchases and revenue tracking.
• Assist in the development of policies for the clinic to guide the organization’s operations.
• Identify and lead the development of clinic programs such as Social Skills Groups and other activities as needed
• Analyze problems and identify alternative solutions, projecting consequences of proposed actions.

• Bachelor's Degree and RBT credentials
• Minimum two years of experience supporting children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Possess expertise in staff interviewing, onboarding, and training, as well as information, referral, and service brokering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing daily operations, collaborating across departments, and engaging with families to ensure quality services.
• Requires adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to perform under pressure while prioritizing the needs of children and families.
• A commitment to inclusivity and a supportive environment is fundamental.
• Must successfully pass background checks.
• Must have valid driver's license, safe driving record, automobile insurance and access to vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport.
