• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using practice management software
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly
• Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage billing paperwork
• Verify insurance information and assist with insurance-related questions
• Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health files
• Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming

• Prior experience in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare front desk role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing processes is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
