ResponsibilitiesSupervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area. Oversees stand set-up and closing procedures, ensures clean and stocked stations, manages paperwork and alcohol compliance, and ensures food preparation meets Legends and board of health guidelines.
- Knowledgeable of POS system, including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures.
- Input daily event sheets and reports.
- Work closely with the customer service department to improve customer service.
- Perform inventory at assigned locations.
- Handle area schedules, make changes, print and post them.
- Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Know the layout of the venue and assigned area.
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures.
- Collaborate with fellow associates and other service departments.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
- Follow and encourage safety policies and procedures, complete safety training, and report incidents promptly.
- Two to four years’ experience in a fast‑paced, high‑end club, restaurant, or catering location.
- High school diploma; some college preferred.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Punctual, dependable, and dependable.
- Reading, writing, and understanding of English.
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
- Physical ability to move quickly, stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk fast, and bend down.
- Maintenance of personal hygiene and a well‑groomed appearance.
Pay rate: $18 - $26 per hour
