Job Overview – HR Project Manager (HR Service Centers):
Compensation: $133/hour

Location:

Middlesex County, MA

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Atlantic Group is hiring an HR Project Manager (HR Service Centers) with our client in Middlesex County, MA. This temporary role partners across HR Centers of Excellence to integrate HR initiatives into enterprise-wide programs. You will track milestones, monitor deliverables, consolidate updates for leadership, and support change management to ensure stakeholder adoption across global HR teams.

Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR COEs to align on design decisions and integrate HR into enterprise-wide projects.
  • Governance & Delivery: Track HR milestones, dependencies, and deliverables within the broader project framework.
  • Status Reporting: Consolidate updates and present progress reports to HR leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Program Representation: Act as the primary HR contact and contribute expertise to core team discussions and decision-making.
  • Change Management: Lead communication and adoption efforts to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and process implementation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR project or program management experience with demonstrated success coordinating across multiple HR COEs.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficient in project management methodologies, tracking and reporting tools, with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in global HR initiatives, shared services, or service center builds strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, while staying organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments.
