The Nagler Group is seeking a bilingual Contingent Workforce Specialist to join its People & Culture team in North Andover, MA. This 6–9 month contract role combines full-cycle recruiting, HR coordination, onboarding, and contingent workforce management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to meet hiring goals, coordinate onboarding, and ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for temporary associates.
