Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with a nonprofit organization located in Worcester, MA seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team.
About the Opportunity with the Organization:- Assisting people experiencing homelessness, this nonprofit has assisted almost 100,000 people transition into housing
- Founded over 30 years ago in Massachusetts, they now have operations in all six New England States and locations in the Midwest
- They offer a variety of services including transitional care, long-term programs, and employment training
- Oversee three HR administrators whose work includes:
- Talent acquisition
- Onboarding/employee benefits
- Employee training and development
- Handle preliminary employee relations concerns
- Assist with policy development and implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or experience equivalent (+4 years of experience)
- 6+ years of experience in an HR role with 3+ years in a supervisory role and 2+ years with an organization with 300+ employees
- SHRM certification or experience in Paylocity is a plus but not required
$85,000 – 100,000 depending on experience
